Packet Pick up

You must pick up your race packet for the Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon at the Health & Fitness Expo. There is NO RACE DAY PICK-UP for the half marathon. All participants acknowledge and accept this policy during registration.

  • Friday, October 21, 2016 -- 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Saturday, October 22, 2016 – 10:30 PM to 5:00 PM

There is NO packet pick-up on race day for the half marathon.
Your photo ID is required to pick up your race packet.

Beer Garden Wristbands: There will be a Beer Garden in the finish line area after the race on Sunday. If you are over 21 years old want to drink beer after the race, please make sure to pick up your over 21 wristband along with your packet. You will have to put the wristband on while at the expo for precautionary reasons (so that it isn't lost or misplaced and picked up by a minor). If you do not want to put the wristband on when you pick up your packet, you will have to run with your photo ID. NO EXCEPTIONS! 


If you would like someone else to pick up your packet for you, they must have the following items:

NOTE: Beer garden wristbands will not be given to people picking up on behalf of someone else. You will have to run with your photo ID if you want to enter the beer garden after the race.

The Start Line is approximately 3-4 miles from most Myrtle Beach hotels and approximately 4 miles from our host hotel. The Start Line opens at 5:30 am on race day. There will be water and Gatorade sports drink. The Start Line is located just east of the park so there is plenty of room to stretch out before the race. There will be plenty of port-o-lets situated throughout the start line area.

Finisher Medals

Runners travel from all over the world to run for a medal. Get ready to receive the most incredible and humongous medal in the industry. We have created the "original" surfboard medals to award all our finishers. Each year the medals will evolve so add a new medal to your collection!

Post-Race Party & Beer Garden
Once you finish running, there's still a lot to do at the finish line! Celebrate your victory with us at the Plyler Park post-race concert & beer garden! Stay a while and listen to the sweet sounds of the Finish Line bands and dip your tired toes in the warm Atlantic waters. Remember that the average water temperature in Myrtle Beach is 66F at this time of the year! What a way to chill and soak those tired feet!

Beer Garden:
You will need to wear the Over 21 wristband given to you at packet pick-up  to enter the Beer Garden. If you do not wear a wristband, you will have to show a valid driver's license to enter. Please note, the Beer Garden is for participants only - sorry, no spectators allowed!

The Awards Ceremony for Top 3 overall will take place at 9:00am at the stage in Plyler Park. Awards for Top 3 in each age group will take place at the stage at 10:00am.  If you are not present to collect your award and you want us to send you the award by mail, please download the
Awards Claim Form and send it in with the appropriate fee for shipping and handling. Overall awards are issued based on gun time and age group awards are based on chip time.
