Packet Pick Up

Packet Pick-Up for the Half Marathon :

YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR OWN RACE PACKET AT THE HEALTH & FITNESS EXPO

You must pick up your race packet for the Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon™ at the Health & Fitness Expo as follows:

• Friday, October 18, 2013 -- 2 pm – 7 pm
• Saturday, October 19, 2013 – 10am – 6 pm

The Health & Fitness Expo is located at:

    Marina Inn at Grande Dunes 
    1499 Grande Dunes Boulevard
    Myrtle Beach, SC 29579 (Mapquest)

There is NO packet pick-up on race day.

Your photo ID is required to pick up your race packet.

Packet Pick-Up by Proxy for the Half Marathon:

We request that all our participants pick up their own race packets for security purposes. However, we do understand that certain circumstances may arise where you cannot come in person. If you cannot pick up your race packet yourself, you must have the person picking up on your behalf bring the following with them:

• A copy of your photo id, and
• A notarized Pick Up by Proxy form.

Coastal 5K at Myrtle Beach participants will be able to pick up their race packets either on Friday, October 18 at the Health & Fitness Expo from 2:00pm to 7:00pm or on site on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 6:00am to 7:15am on site. Packet pick up will close 15 minutes before the event. Plan ahead and be there early.

 Doggie Dash participants will be able to pick up their race packets either on Friday, October 18 at the Health & Fitness Expo from 2:00pm to 7:00pm or  on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 7am to 8:15am on site. Packet pick up will close 15 minutes before the first event commences. Plan ahead and be there early.
