Doggie Dash presented by Black Dog Running Company

General Information

Don’t like to run alone? Bring your four legged friend and participate in the 1 mile Doggie Dash. Dog owners of all ages enjoy a relaxing walk or a competitive race with their favorite pet. Designed specifically for dog-owning participants, the Doggie Dash lets you support the Grand Strand Humane Society with your pet by your side. The most important fact is that a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Grand Strand Humane Society. So come on out with your party shoes and support our four legged friends.

A portion of race proceeds benefits The Grand Strand Humane Society.

Note: This is not a timed event. We will have prizes for the first 3 dogs to cross the finish line. All dogs on-site during this event will need to be on a leash. Also consider how your dog interacts with other people and dogs. If you have doubts as to the possible behavior of your dog, please just enjoy the Coastal 5K! Owners are expected to clean up after their pet.
